There is a new product that is scheduled to be released in the next 2-3 weeks or so. It is made by J3 Computing and looks like it will be a winner. Stay tuned for a more precise release date. Brenda

That is great news. I am almost to the point of giving up on ACT. I should not have to choose which I want to use. Thanks and I will be looking forward to seeing the new product.

Brenda, are you testing the J3 product?
I looked at their site... one page lists release July, another October an d a third, November.
Also have some questions not answered on their site:
What's the max number of contacts ... or sub-table data?
Does it support Caller ID - so you know who's calling you on iPhone?
Does that support international numbers (different on iOS4, iOS5)? Connect and the Outlook/Google sync don't
Does it support pull-down lists?
Do emails, calls and SMS get recorded in History?
Can activities, emails, notes/histories be linked to multiple contacts?
Can it sync over 3G? The site only says WiFi
Is it server based... for multiple users?
Can an admin remotely wipe the data if someone loses their device or someone with a personal device leaves?
BTW: The comparison says HHC can't view other users' activities ... it's been able to do that for about 10 years
Also says HHC can't sort contacts. It can

Mike, good questions. If you could have seen the demo at the recent conference, you would be excited as well! Jeremy has some other Apple apps that are doing nicely and have won some awards. So I feel pretty confident that it will have a good user interface and good functionality (no 6-clicks to do one thing, for example!). Brenda
