Upgrade from Act 2000 to 6.0

I am wondering if someone can help me.  I am a long time user of Act.  Just did an upgrade from Act 2000 to 6.0 version as that is what my firm has.  I was able to get and map all contact and most of their information but can't seem to map or find all my contact notes and historical activities.

Anyone know what I am missing.  help would be greatly appreciated!

You can't with an import, you simply open your ACT! 2000 database with ACT! 6/

Re: Upgrade from Act 2000 to 6.0

Roy,

Thasnk for the response.  That is exactly what I did.  I used by backup file and opened it with the new version.  I was then asked to map the contact data which I thought was strange going from Act to Act.  I did this but cant find the note or history.

Any thoughts?

Re: Upgrade from Act 2000 to 6.0

Did you just have the DBF? The database should have at least 14 files.

See this ACT! Knowledge Base article -

if you have all the files, follow this ACT! Knowledge Base article -
