Transfer ACT 2000 build 5.0.4.495 to outlook 2007

I want to either be able to use ACT 2000 on windows 7 or import the data into Outlook 2007. Any ideas?

ACT! 2000, like most software of that age, was not designed for Windows 7.

To export the contacts to Outlook, see this ACT! Knowledge Base article -

Thanks Mike, Unfortunately I need/want all my notes etc too. If I upgrade to the current version can I transfer the database straight across or will I have to upgrade to another version first. Ta.

There's just no way to store everything in Outlook.
