Connecting to Internet when doing product Registration

Trying to register ACT 6 via internet. I have a internet connection, however I get a message to check the control panel because internet connection is not available. This is when I am already connected. Please help! Thanks.

For ACT! 6 there isn't any registration available over the internet. Print it out and throw it away.
