It appears that as a by product of reducing my boot time (delaying or stopping Windows 7 services) my ACT! 6 will not open from either the shortcuts or by right clicking an ACT! .dbf and then selecting open with ACT! 6.
Might anyone have any suggestions or know which services need to be running to allow ACT! 6 to open.
