If you are an avid social media user or just want to figure out what all these odd new terms and names mean, you ought to go to and bookmark Mashable: The Social Media Guide. This is one of the best and most heavily visited sites dedicated to the social media phenomenon. When you go to this site, you'll see an ever updating list of articles by numerous experts posting blog entries on all things social media. After two seconds on the site, you'll notice a high percentage of the posts are about Twitter. Unless you live under a rock, you've been getting blasted daily from every direction with mentions of Twitter. Here's just a sampling of recent Mashable post headlines:

5 Habits of Successful Executives on Twitter

Twitpocalypse NOW! Twitter App Armageddon Strikes (Maybe)

Making Millions via Twitter: @DellOutlet Surpasses $2 Million in Sales

Twitter Launches Verified Accounts

Saving Grace With SavvyAuntie; TNT Tries Sponsored Tweets

Twitter Inspires TBS to #SaveEarl … Maybe

Clearly, a lot of people spend a lot of time thinking about and using Twitter. My question is - do you? As an ACT! user, do you see value in tweeting? What role do you see Twitter playing in your professional lives as you make contact, build relationships and get results? Is Twitter going to be a mainstay in your daily routine or is this a flash in the pan? Feel free to tweet abot these questions.

By the way, ACT! hasn't been immune from the Twitterbug.
