Customisable Create Contact from Outlook Form

It would be good to be able to customise the form/layout that appears when you try to create a contact from Outlook. At the moment I don't find this a useful feature as it doesn't present the referred by or ID/Status fields.

It would be good if we could increase the form size and edit it like other layouts.
