When you add a contact to ACT from Outlook the dialogue box that opens doesn't allow you to toggle between it and Outlook cut and paste information into it.

That's quite annoying and very time consuming... or have I missed something?

Kudos!

That is the way Outlook works. Whenever a tool or utility dialog box is open in Outlook, it does not allow you to access the main window (Word and Excel are the same way). As a workaround, you can copy the entire email to an open Notepad or Word doc before clicking the Add ACT! Contact icon, and then you can toggle to that since it is a separate application.
