I've got a problem with ACT/Outlook 2003 integration one of our ACT users - the other 3 users are fine. There appears to be absolutely no link between Outlook and ACT for this user, the integration is set up in ACT, the buttons and toolbars appear in Outlook, but no history is recorded in ACT at all. It doesn't matter if manual recording is tried, nothing turns up in ACT. On one occasion an icon appears in the system tray which claimed to be the "ACT Attach History Progress Window", despite trying to use this "tool" to do something with the list of history items it seemed to be processing it just ignored button presses. Once closed the program disappeared, never reappeared and I cannot for the life of me find where this program/manager can be launched from Any ideas please?

Please see KB Article 19948 for possible solutions to this issue. To manually bring up the Quick Attach progress screen, type the following command in Start/Run (XP) or Start/Search (Vista): "C:\Program Files\ACT\Act for Windows\Act.Outlook.Service.exe" -showqueue * include the quotes and the space after .exe" Greig Hollister Moderator ACT!
