But you're asking for documentation for something that isn't supported and they don't want users to do :-) I make wholesale changes to ACT! data regularly via the SDK. The SA pass was released to support corporate users who want to use corporate backup solutions that require it. BTW: The 2nd link in my first post in this thread gives a neat way to get the database relationships very quickly.
